Hello and Welcome, My name is Laura Mister. I am a current Junior at Emory & Henry College studying athletic training. I grew up in Herndon, Virginia where I was an active member of the town by playing sports, participating in community events, and doing community service. Here at Emory, I participate in many groups and activities such as ATSO Secretary (Athletic Training Student Organization), Emory & Henry Women's Golf, Phi Eta Sigma (Honors Society), Blue Key Honor Society, Hermesian Literary Debate Society, I am a peer mentor, and I am a music intern of the Emory United Methodist Church Choir. Some of my long term goals are to become a certified athletic trainer and go to graduate school. A few fun facts about me are that I love animals, I'm a saxophonist, and I love my friends and family. I'm super excited for the next few years here at Emory & Henry. My website will expand as I share my experiences of the athletic training program, so please stick around.
